Nautilus Cleaning Services ("Nautilus," "we," "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning in Tampa, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through www.nautiluscs.com, our quote and booking pages, phone, email and text messages, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- Service details: home or business size, rooms, pets, access instructions, preferred dates and times, notes, and photos taken by our cleaners before and after a visit.
- Payment details: cards are saved and charged by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date.
- Communications: messages you send us and records of the texts and emails we send you, including your consent choices and opt-out requests.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and site operation.
How we use it
- To prepare estimates and quotes, schedule and perform cleaning visits, and send confirmations, reminders and arrival updates.
- To process payments, refunds and billing questions.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send occasional offers by email, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS)

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Our cleaning team: the cleaners assigned to your visit see what they need to do the job, such as your first name, service address, access instructions and the job checklist. They do not see your payment details.
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, secure data storage, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and text-message delivery (Twilio). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, team or business.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and as long as needed afterward for records, taxes and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted access, and payment processing through Stripe. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us below. We may keep some records when the law requires it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
